And now she is at it again with her new workout set to be released in the spring of 2010 called Turbo Fire.
This new workout is sure to be high energy and high impact. Rumors have it that this workout is going to focus more on the cardio aspects of workouts verses weights and resistance. This would be awesome because that means the workout would need no extra equipment like resistance bands or dumbbells.
Even the name Turbo Fire says to me that this workout is going to be intense and full of energy. Chalene is known for her high energy and enthusiastic personality. Many people love her workouts because she comes across as just friend that is right there working out with you in your living room. Plus her techniques have helped a tremendous amount of people lose weight and live a healthier life.
Besides TF, CLX and TJ she does have a few other workouts that have also been very popular. Her versatile workout techniques and glowing personality is sure to make Turbo Fire another great workout from Chalene Johnson.
Will turbo fire be more popular than her other workouts? That is yet to be seen. There are a number of people that have told me they like Turbo Jam the best or CLX the best, but is for sure is she always puts her heart and soul into her workouts and this workout is going to be no different in that aspect.
